Where only a deposit has been paid, the full balance of the order value must be paid within 21 days from when the gown is delivered to Dream Dress from the supplier. MONIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER ORDERS. ONCE GOODS ARE ORDERED YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS IF YOU SIMPLY CHANGE YOUR MIND (Sale of Goods Act 1979).

On ordering, a minimum deposit 50% is required on all goods. No alterations can be carried out until the garment is paid for in full. Alteration costs are not included in the price of the garment and are available on request.

If purchasing an off the peg gown please make sure you are happy with the condition before payment.

Size of gowns is discussed and agreed with customers when placing their initial order and can not be changed at a later date. Equally, we accept no responsibility for gowns not fitting when collected due to clients increase or decrease in weight or any other reason beyond our control.

Exact colours and shades on fabrics and designs on trim, including lace, cannot always be guaranteed. Gowns are subject to slight variations to ensure maximum standards of quality.

For order in gowns storage at the boutique can only be guaranteed for 21 days. No storage is offered for off-the-peg sale gowns.

In the event of a wedding being cancelled for any reason, the balance becomes payable immediately and all goods must be collected.

All gowns are none returnable and none refundable.

Accessories (excluding earrings and veils) may be returned within 7 days of purchase. All items must be in their original packaging with all labels in tact. Proof of purchase needed. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns if they are not returned in the same condition in which they were sent or are returned outside of the returns period.

10 working days are required to allow cheques to clear before any items will be released.

Nothing in the above shall affect your statutory rights.

Cash: UK Sterling (GBP) only in person at boutque.

Cheque: please note that cheques must have cleared before purchases can be taken home.
